What is the purpose of the Summit?
The health and wellness of older adult residents is important to Aetna and the City of Baltimore. Our goal is to raise awareness, educate, and provide resources to improve health outcomes for this population. The Summit is an opportunity to bring together the residents of Baltimore and share this essential information.
Can anyone attend the Summit?
Yes, all are welcome to attend the Summit.
What is the cost to attend?
Nothing – the event is FREE!
Will meals be provided?
Yes. There will be a complimentary breakfast during registration and then a luncheon with a special presentation by Debbie Allen.
How do you get to the summit?
Parking is available onsite at the hotel for a discounted rate for those that choose to drive.
You can also get to the event via public transportation with MTA – plan your trip here.
If you do not have access to a vehicle or public transportation, we are delighted to offer a bus shuttle service from the following locations:
- Oliver Senior Center, 1700 N Gay St. Baltimore, MD 21213
- Waxter Senior Center, 1000 Cathedral St. Baltimore, MD 21201 (street parking)
- Sandtown-Winchester Senior Center, 1601 Baker St. Baltimore, MD 21217 (street parking)
- Mondawmin Mall (Shoppers Parking Lot), 2401 Liberty Heights Avenue, Baltimore MD 21215
- Parkside Shopping Center, 5324 Moravia Road, Baltimore MD 21206
Pick-Up Times: 8:30 and 9:00 am Drop-Off Times: 3:30 and 4:00 pm. Our shuttle is designed with seniors in mind, featuring easy boarding and comfortable seating to make your travel experience enjoyable.
How to Reserve Your Seat:
To secure your spot on the shuttle, please sign up on the registration website. Select the shuttle transportation and the location for pick up and drop off.
If you require ADA transportation and are a certified Mobility rider with MTA, please contact Mobility directly at 410.764.8181, option 1, to arrange your travel for this event.
